Drumroll please...
Hey friends and fam, just wanted to let you guys know, Mike and I received callings today at church. Mike was made Ward Mission Leader and I was put in as 2nd counselor in Primary. Mike is really excited he got a calling that seems to work well with his schedule and I am just glad to be back in Primary. Although, it was fun being a grown-up for a while going to Relief Society. Anyway, we love our little ward and hope to help it grow a little with our service. What a great church we belong to, we always get opportunities to grow and learn more about ourselves.

Yeah, callings! Seriously, I love feeling a part of things by having a calling. Back in Primary :) It will be interesting being a counselor instead of President. You will be much more in tune to the needs and responsibilities of the Pres :) Good luck!
You guys will do GREAT! Laura, try not to take over the Primary or they will make you President again. Mike will do great too! Is he able to make it to church every week with his new job????
You have such a good attitude. I would probably be a little more put out but you really do have a nack with the kids. Good luck to Mike, that's a real time consuming job. But there will always be blessing.
Yes i agree, Marie and i get to talk in Sacrament in two Sundays.
Fun callings. It's great to be needed in a Ward. You always are but, I think you feel it more in small wards. We miss you.
