So no picture here, sorry. But I went to sign the kids up for soccer and the guys who run the program talked me into coaching. Now anyone who knows me well knows I am not sporty. I am lucky to go for a walk and not sprain my ankle. But I do like my children and I am my mother's daughter, so I should be able to pull this off. Right? Now if I only had Rachel to be my secretary and organize treats and call all the parents about stuff, this would be easy.

LOL! This is great - congratulations on your promotion from soccer mom to soccer coach. You are going to be a fantastic coach and the kids are going to love you!
Remember to teach them the value of a well-placed elbow... and how to cause maximum damage with their cleats... and that jersey-pulling isn't cheating if the ref doesn't see it... oh and that draws are for losers and winning isn't everything, it's the only thing.
Have fun out there!
GO LAURA!!!!!!!! We will be your west coast cheerleaders. You will do awesome. Um, how did they exactly talk you into it? Ryan says he is a soccer pro and wants to help you, give him a call. He said he would even come for a training session if you wanted to fly him out there.
