The other day Griffin came home from school and was giving me the usual run down of his day. After declaring that he has been in school 165 days he begins telling me a funny anecdote of one of his friends. After about the 10th "my friend," I asked him the name of his friend. His reply...."I don't remember his name."
Again, Griffin has gone to school 165 days.

I do find that after 165 days it can be awkward to say "what was your name again?" but glad to see that Griffin doesn't let not knowing someones name stand in the way of true friendship :).
I wouldn't be too worried. Last Thanksgiving Ali looked across the table at my sister and said, "who are you?"
maybe I should be worried!!!
Griffin will be just fine. He is so cute and loveable nothing will ever stand in his way. Tell him he is just like grandma I can't remember names either. Just tell him there is so many smart things in his head that it is hard to keep them all straight.
